Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between PNC International Foundation and Yabous Management & Consulting to Strengthen Humanitarian Action in the Middle East As part of joint efforts to enhance humanitarian work and expand the scope of development and relief interventions in the Middle East, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between PNC International Foundation and Yabous Management & Consulting, with the aim of developing mechanisms for cooperation in the fields of humanitarian support and emergency response, in light of the current humanitarian conditions facing the region. The MoU was signed in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer of Yabous Management & Consulting, Dr. Hani Al-Assar, and the Regional Director of PNC Global Humanitarian Foundation, Mr. Bark Henson. Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening international partnerships to support effective humanitarian response. This MoU aims to unify efforts and coordinate joint humanitarian initiatives, contributing to improving the efficiency of responses to the increasing needs of populations affected by crises and conflicts, in addition to supporting relief programs, rehabilitation, and institutional capacity-building on sustainable foundations. During the signing ceremony, both parties affirmed their shared commitment to humanitarian responsibility and their dedication to creating a positive and sustainable impact in affected communities through the implementation of qualitative programs and projects that respond to actual needs on the ground. They also stressed that this partnership represents a strategic step toward enhancing coordination between international and local organizations operating in the humanitarian field, ensuring improved efficiency and transparency in the delivery of humanitarian services. This signing comes amid escalating humanitarian challenges in the Middle East, making institutional partnerships a fundamental pillar for supporting sustainable humanitarian response and promoting comprehensive community development.
